Processes and Competencies

The investors transfer capital to Buy-Out CE II Beteiligungs-Invest AG.
Buy-Out Central Europe Managementgesellschaft searches for suitable portfolio companies and makes in-depth analyses and assessments. The selected investments are then approved by the Investment Committee.
Subsequently, Buy-Out CE II Beteiligungs-Invest AG invest in the portfolio companies. The investors will have the opportunity to finance major projects directly.
Throughout the investment phase to exit, i.e. until divestment from the fund, Buy-Out Central Europe II Managementgesellschaft actively supports the acquired company.
