• Transaction focus: Traditional buy-outs (especially succession of family businesses, spin-offs, privatizations), growth funding, refinancing
• Industry focus: Companies with growth prospects and capital market potential
• Company focus: mid-size companies with a turnover from around €30 million with strong management (internal or external), predictable cash flows and growth potential (turnover and earnings)
• Regional focus: German language regions in Central Europe; Eastern Europe with local partners
• Scope: from the acquisition of qualifying minority interests up to complete takeovers.
• Term: planned investment period of 4-8 years

Second closing 11-30-2007: €150 million

Investment Period
6-30-2007 up to 6-30-2012 (60 months)

Divestment Period
6-30-2012 up to 6-30-2017 (+ follow-up term of 2 years)

15% shares (due upon subscription)
85% participation certificates (on capital call structure)
