09.10.2009	The planned transaction to acquire a majority stake in Unternehmens Invest AG has been called off Buy_Out Central Europe II Beteiligungs-Invest AG informed UIAG that the company no longer intends to acquire a majority of Unternehmens Invest AG from Cross Industries AG and to follow up the announced takeover bid.
