THE INVESTMENT PROCESS

At the start of each investment of Buy-Out Central Europe II detailed research work of the target company is carried out. This is followed by a due diligence process, in which all aspects of the company including the economic, technological, legal and human resource situation are analyzed in great detail. The results of such a due diligence analysis are presented to the Investment Committee and form the basis for an independent Investment Committee decision concerning the investment.

Subsequently so called milestones are defined which ensure that the mutually agreed growth strategy is in line with the plan. After successful implementation of the growth strategy, an IPO may be attempted to secure further growth rates in the future.
